1. Registration fee for LAGOS is as follows:

Registration fee includes conference kit (except for accompanying people), welcome cocktail, banquet and coffee breaks. Accompanying people fee is free if they do not intend to attend the conference banquet. Invoices will be issued at the symposium.

You may pay the registration fee either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Please do so before March 22.
There will be no way to pay at the symposium.

After that, please send a photo or scanned copy of your bank receipt to lagos2013@xamanek.izt.uam.mx with the subject Registration Fee. Make sure to include your name and which fee are your paying and whether you are paying also for one or more accompanying people.

1.2 Credit Card:

To pay by credit card please use the PayPal service (it is not required to have a PayPal account). It will not be necessary to send an email to us. Please make a separate payment in case your are coming with an accompanying person.

2. Registration form:

To finalize your registration process, please fill in the following fields. Please do so by February 28. You will receive an automated response, if it does not arrive within 60 minutes please contact ruyfabila@xamanek.izt.uam.mx.

At the end, you are allowed to apply for an accommodation grant in case you are student. We have only a limited number of such grants. Preference will be given to students presenting a talk or poster, to graduate students and to students living in poor countries. The last criterion to solve ties will be the time stamp of the student's registration... so hurry up! Students willing to receive an accommodation grant must register no later than February 12, notifications will be sent by February 18.
